1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all 7 Emirates across the United Arab Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.


2. Delivery Timeframes
  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed and delivered within same to 3to 4 business days across the UAE.
  • Delivery Partners: Our orders are securely packaged and dispatched via Zambeel and its local courier network. 

3. Shipping Costs
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery as a convenient payment method for all UAE orders. You can pay the exact amount in cash directly to the courier agent upon receiving and inspecting your package.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched from our local warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your package's real-time location.


6. Delivery Issues & Changes
